Introduction: At All 4 Healing Wellness Center, we have a simple idea and objective of aiding others aid themselves not just in mind, body, and spirit, but also in emotion. We do this through a wide range of classes, workshops, and services that we offer at the Center. Some of the services provided include Health & Wellness Coaching, Hypnosis, Reiki, and Integrated Energy Therapy. We also offer Hypnosis and Reiki certification courses for those who wish to embark on a study of holistic healing and wellness. In addition, we provide a number of workshops and classes each month.

    Health & Wellness Coaching: Health and Wellness coaching looks at the big picture, working with clients to develop health and wellness programs by looking at the obstacles that stand in the way of success. This is a collaborative experience with the coach encouraging the client to come up with their own goals and ideas. Hypnosis: Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation, focused awareness and heightened state of suggestibility. In a deeply relaxed state the conscious or thinking part of the mind becomes relaxed, allowing the subconscious part of the brain to receive positive suggestions to bring about changes in the body and behavior patterns. The effectiveness of hypnosis is widely recognized in smoking cessation, weight loss, stress and pain management, as well as treating anxiety and fears. Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through seven energy centers within our bodies. When these energy centers (called chakras) are replenished and aligned, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. When these energy centers are low on energy or out of alignment, we are more likely to get sick and feel stress.
