Introduction: My approach is based on building a strong rapport with my clients, beginning with a fitness consultation to understand their health history, past experiences with exercise and their overall health and fitness challenges and goals. Personal Training

Louise is Awesome! She makes workouts fun and she has a great sense of humor. She is a wonderful trainer specially for someone who hasn’t exercise for a long time. She really makes you feel comfortable and has a lot of knowledge on how to get to your health goals! I highly recommend her if you are looking for a personal trainer.

Louise is the best trainer I have experienced. She is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and can adapt to any special concerns. She is consistent and punctual. She develops individualized fitness plans and can accommodate injuries. Louise challenges me without pushing me beyond my comfort zone. She is conscientious, personable and has a great sense of humor. As a cancer patient, she has a unique sensitivity to my needs. During covid she has gone the extra 10 miles to ensure safety. A thousand thumbs up! She is simply the best!

Louise is a very skilled trainer who takes her time to get to know you, your goals, and your fitness level. She individualizes each session targeting your goals, adapting for an injury or impairment, if needed, and keeps sessions fun and exciting all the while making progress and working hard! Louise is extremely knowledgeable about safe and effective form for all exercises and activities as well as understanding the muscle groups. As a physical therapist, I am extremely confident in her plans she creates for me and I have continued to reach all my goals. I feel privledged to have found Louise to keep me motivated and support me in working on my strength, endurance, and balance goals!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I have standard rates for hourly, 45 minute and 30 minute personal training sessions. I offer discounts/package pricing if multiple sessions are purchased and/or for small group training. Pricing may vary depending on a clients individualized needs, goals and objectives.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I begin with an initial phone conversation to better understand what the client is hoping to accomplish by working with a personal trainer. After gaining a better understanding of the clients goals, I meet with them in person for an initial fitness consultation. This allows a potential client the opportunity to see my fitness studio and determine if we are a good match to partner together on their health and fitness journey. If so, I'll work with the client to complete a more in depth fitness assessment and then partner with the client to develop a personalized training plan that will help them achieve their goals and objectives in a safe, effective way. I also offer flexible scheduling so they have a greater chance of success with making fitness a long term lifestyle change.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I'm an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Management and Cancer Exercise Specialist. I'm certified in Tabata Bootcamp, P90X Live, Core de Force, TRX Suspension Training, Cycling Fusion and Barre Above. I'm CPR certified by the American Heart Association. I continue to work on building and enhancing my knowledge by pursuing other certifications that will allow me to be more effective as a trainer. I have worked at a local gym for the last few years working one on one with clients and teaching a variety of group fitness classes.
