My history of success at trial has earned me the rare and prestigious certification to accept murder cases in Massachusetts.
I have won many motions to dismiss through the years, including motions to dismiss violent charges, drug charges, sexual offenses, and computer and internet crimes.
I have also achieved suppression of evidence in many cases, including suppression of cocaine, heroin, marijuana, guns, ammunition, and computer evidence. I have also won suppression of my client's statements to police and witness identification of my clients.

***An Excellent Defense Lawyer!***
I presume you are reading this because you are looking for "that lawyer" who can best represent you and fight for your rights. Keep reading then, because thats why I am writing this review to recommend Attorney David Grimaldi.
Attorney David Grimaldi represented my brother in a criminal case. My brother was accused of a crime, and at the same time, he had the unfortunate fate of suffering from a psychotic episode. He ended up in Bridgewater State Hospital while the charges were pending against him. Attorney Grimaldi fought hard to have my brother pronounced competent, so he can be released from that hospital. He got private doctors to examine my brother and to testify before the judge, and finally, my brother was released from Bridgewater. Then, Attorney Grimaldi ensured that my brother be released on bail while he fought the charges. This was very significant for our family. My brother was able to come back home and live among us while dealing with those accusations. It was important for us all to know that my brother was safe. He was home and that meant the world for us, because while he was detained, we were all worried about him, and concerned for his well-being. What soon became clear to us all was that Attorney Grimaldi really cares about his clients, and we were fortunate to have him on our side.
I highly recommend that you go to Attorney Grimaldi if you are facing a criminal charge. He is an experienced trial lawyer and more importantly, he cares about the people he represents. Consider our experience for instance:
(1) While taking care of his client, Attorney Grimaldi made sure to communicate with his clients family as well. He kept us informed, and educated us about many possibilities we did not know about.
