Just What I Needed to Get Started!
I've been trying to get into better shape for a while, and this pilates class was just what I needed. It wasn't so easy for me, but it sure was gratifying afterwards.
Madeleine was an excellent teacher. She could tell which exercises I was having difficulties with, and made sure to adjust the lesson accordingly. I learned a lot about my own body, and am just so glad I decided to take the first step in getting stronger overall. She also taught me about the many benefits of pilates that I wouldn't even have thought of.
Can't wait to work with Madeleine again. Total pro. Now I just need to rest!
