Mass Pools was able to get my house in a timely manner. He was able to get my pool liner back in place and charged me a reasonable price. I had other companies tell me that I needed a new liner. He said my liner is still in good shape for a couple more years. I would definitely recommend this company to others. They are fair, reasonable, and honest. Thank you!

We've had a great experience with Mass Pools so far. They've been timely, done a thorough job, and have been responsive and helpful with my misc. pool questions (I have many!). So glad we found them!

Great experience. I had to replace the pool heater and the process was simple and straight forward. James explained what needed to be done, ordered the new heater, and had it installed and working within the timeframe committed to. He was professional and very personable. I would strongly recommend Mass Pool and James to others.

From my first interaction, Mass Pools has been great! Being new to the pool world, we have no clue what we are doing when it comes to getting it up and ready for the season. Cynthia has been extremely kind and informative dealing with my questions and scheduling our services. Both guys that came out to service the pool were beyond friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t recommend Mass Pools more.
