Mindful Electric did all the electrical work on my kitchen renovation, and it was just *perfect*. Silvestre discussed all sorts of alternatives to make sure that I had everything I could want in my new kitchen. In the end I got a mini-split, underfloor heating (I love this! Toasty feet in the winter!), under-cabinet lighting as well as over-table lamps and ceiling inset lights. He also took care of upgrading my electrical panel and running all the new cables through the tiny crawlspace of my antique cape. My hallway now has motion-activated lights as well as the overhead -- a great new safety feature he proposed. And all at a very fair price. I will be using Mindful whenever I need any electrical work in the future.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to be fair and reasonable above all else.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think it is important to understand a customer's needs and answer the question "why?", if possible. Sometimes, there is a smarter way to arrive at the intended destination.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After completing the HVAC program at Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology, he began his career in the MassSave program where he assessed hundreds of Massachusetts homes and observed the ins and outs of our housing stock through the lens of energy efficiency. He fixed many lights, insulated countless homes, and upgraded innumerable HVAC systems.
While Silvestre found great success in HVAC, he found his calling when he started working in the electrical field. His passion for environmentalism led him to the solar industry where he discovered that he had a unique interest and aptitude for electrical work. After a few years in the solar industry, Silvestre rounded out his electrical experience with general electrical work. After attaining his electrical license, he decided to marry his professional talents and passion for energy efficiency to serve his community- Massachusetts homeowners.
