-they took off their masks and put them on the counter -for some reason, they put my plastic cutting boards in the oven -they separated the salt and pepper shakers and put them in different parts of the kitchen cabinet

WE GO BY THE HOUR✨ STANDARD CLEANING: 25/HOUR DEEP CLEANING: 45/HOUR FRIDGE, STOVE AND WINDOWS ARE INCLUDED. LAUNDRY IS $40 PER LOAD. HOUSE WITH PETS IS AN ADDITION 10 DOLLARS
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
WE LIKE TO CLEAN THE HOUSE WITH NO OCCUPANT, SINCE ON WE HAD PROBLEM ON THE PAST AND COVID 19 STANDARDS. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO HAVE PEOPLE WHILE WE CLEANING. I LIKE TO TALK CLEAR SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION OR DISAGREEMENT. I AM VERY FAIR AND UNDERSTANDING.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
THERE IS NO CLEANING TRAINING SINCE WE ARE HISPANIC, WE ARE VERY ORGANIZED AND CLEAN, SO THAT IS PART OF MY GROWNING ROOTS.
