FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly pricing is a new and more clear payment method being used in more salons today. Most salons offer a la-cart pricing. This method can be confusing and leaving the client in shock by the end of their service. The price of my services depend on time. My hourly rate is $116/hour. This hourly rate is a flat rate so you know exactly what you're investing in every time you book a reservation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first priority after we meet is making sure I understand everything there is to know about your hair. From your hair dreams to hair nightmares, your entire color history, your daily hair routine, and your current hair struggles. We'll look at inspiration photos and talk about your priorities. Once I have a clear understanding of your desires, I will develop a unique plan tailored to your specific needs. I'll go over the game plan in full detail, create a maintenance schedule, and answer every question you have to make sure you're fully confident and ready before moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
