Great experience all around! Erica is a true professional! Best experience I’ve ever had for a dog grooming. This service may be a bit more expensive than going to Petsmart or a other groomer, but you get so much more here! My dog Bruce is 110 pounds and it’s not the easiest at the groomer. His cut looks great and I will hundred percent be back. !

We loved Amanda. She was terrific with our pup that has high anxiety. I specifically asked her to cut the nails short but they were left very long. When I inquired about it, they said she was difficult and that was all they could do. Amanda said she didn’t want to groom my Maltipoo again and they just shut me out. They said they didn’t want to come again. They offered me a partial refund and didn’t want to talk to me after that. I am extremely disappointed that my inquiry about her nails would cause such a disastrous result. I was rather stunned at their reaction. But we left it on ok terms. I’m just taken aback by the whole thing. I thought professionals had ways of dealing with difficult dogs. And she was only difficult with cutting the nails.

I was in search of a mobile groomer for my Shih-tzu who didn’t have a full grooming for several months. Amanda showed up right on time, and got right to business with Smokey. They emerged about an hour later with Smokey looking brand new with a bandana and new toy. Expect to pay more than a typical groomer, but you can’t beat the convenience of it.
