I possess a broad base of experience in various cuisines including French, Japanese, South East Asian, Mediterranean and more. I’m confident I can bring an exemplary restaurant experience to your home. Under current circumstances many things we considered to be a staple in every day life have been altered and put on pause, but birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions will continue. I am Serv Safe certified and all food products are prepared in a heavily sanitized kitchen. Most groceries are purchased through a pick up only purveyor. I require a 25% discount to secure the date. Refundable up to 10 days before the event.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I begin working with a new customer I like to discuss the dietary restrictions and preferences of the client. Then we talk about the format of the meal and I customize a menu based on our conversation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking for over fifteen years in some of the best restaurants in both Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Boston. Came in second on Food Network’s Chopped.
