Dealing with language providers can be quite challenging. The main purpose of using a language provider is to overcome language barrier. Interpreting can be quite stressful that's why customers should know how to work with interpreters. Some guidelines can be useful when working with language providers: 1-Establish and agree ground rules by letting them know in advance how they want their work to be done or handled. 2. For face to face intepretation and telephone interpretation, customers should try to brief the provider prior to any meetings or before they start talking. 3.
