We hired PR Farfaras Plumbing to manage two items before we placed our home on the Real Estate market. The mixing valve in our guest bathroom had been leaking behind its access panel in our linen closet since we purchased our home. The leak was not noticeable because of the low usage. When we opened the access panel we discovered the former homeowners knew of the slow leak and had placed bags of desiccant under the mixing valve. PR Farfaras Plumbing replaced the mixing valve, applied caulking, and cleaned up the area behind the access panel. Problem solved.
Our Real Estate agent also asked us to replace the free-standing sink in our laundry room. PR Farfaras Plumbing came to the rescue once again. The faucet from the original sink was installed in a new free-standing sink and the entire operation took no time at all.
