Im so grateful to Tony Serino for going above and beyond expectations and helping me solve an emergency drain pipe situation over the weekend. First, Tony was incredibly responsive to my frantic email as the leak was quickly causing damage to the unit below mine. Within 10 minutes he wrote me back and called shortly after. He understood my stress and offered some immediate ideas. Second, Tony and his team were super accommodating and were on site Sunday morning at 9:30 and assessed the problem, solved it, even checked in with my downstairs neighbor and provided advice to ensure I wouldnt encounter similar issues in the future. Ive had some bad luck with various service providers in the past (including how I got into this pickle in the first place) so know Z Plumberz stands above the pack.

Zack was prompt and very thorough. He went through a lot of different things with us and wanted to make sure we understood everything. Because he was very up front with us with what was probably happening with our plumbing and what to look out for in the future, we felt we could truly trust what he was telling us. This is the third time we've had to use Z Plumberz and each plumber they've sent has been exceptional every time. Highly recommend!
