My couch looks so good! She steam cleaned and sanitized it for me (a couch that many others have used) She was so professional and wore a mask too :) highly recommend her and will be reaching back out for any further cleaning needs

First I’d like to say I live in Florida caring for my 93 & 95 yr old patents. I needed a great and thorough cleaning company to clean my parents home. It was going up for sale and Jennifer reached out immediately to my request one evening on Thumbtack. She came when we needed her to do a full tenant clean out. Her price was fair and reasonable. She gave excellent service and her work was impeccable. My realtor will also be using Jennifer and her crew for cleaning services she was so impressed. We are out of state and I am glad to recommend Jennifer. She was our “blessing”. Thank you so much.

She did an amazing job. I have a two story 2500 sq ft home that needed a lot of house cleaning work. I was renting my home out with Airbnb and she did all the cleaning to my home for guest checking in and checking out.

I hired Sparkle Maids for deep cleaning service to clean the areas in my home that are hard to keep up with; molding, under furniture, shelves, etc. The service I received was more of a basic cleaning. Fine for the base rate but a little disappointing for what we spent. There were a lot of areas missed or not included in the cleaning. Received 3 hours of cleaning with two people. I would expect 4 hrs and more attention to detail for this service.

Thanks for taking the time out to give a review. I’m so sorry that you wasn’t satisfied with your services. The service was based on a what you requested. You never added in the details that you wanted us to focus on such as the molding, under furniture, shelves, and etc. You could have added all the areas you wanted us to focus on via thumbtack or just simply told us when we had arrived. We would have just focused on the main areas you wanted clean and not the entire house. The home had to be well over 3000 sq ft maybe 4000 sq ft so we wanted to ensure we got the entire home. If we knew the areas of focus you would have definitely be impressed. It was just poor communication on both parties. I apologize if you wasn’t impressed but we take pride in what we do and this is a teachable moment. Thank you for choosing Sparkle Maids.
