Introduction: Unlike a lot of other company's i do all of my work my self. If there is anyone else working with me on a given day I'm watching over them to make sure the job is completed in a professional manner. Most other company's send out crews so the owner isn't there to make sure the job is completed to there spec. What I enjoy most about this type of work is when I'm done I can turn around and look and see what I completed. The sence of satisfaction of making someone pleased with my work.
