Wally and Daniel are great! I used them last year to do my deck. This year I was looking for commercial work on my building after months of getting the run around I reached out to Tough Guys. I had a quote with in days and they finished my list in 2 weeks. I cannot express how great it is to have people show up and do the work. I don’t write a lot of reviews but I do for good quality work!

This is my first time using thumbtack and I’m really glad I did and use tough guys service. They are professional and charge fair rate. They remodeled both of my bathrooms, it’s my first time remodeling bathroom and I dragged my feet for two years but the wait was worthy because tough guys has a great team! We have used Tough Guys for several projects over the last few years, and I can’t say enough good things about them. They are talented, responsive, professional and reliable, and their prices are always fair. Most recently, Wally and his team really went above and beyond for us when we discovered massive hidden water damage in an old bathroom in one of our rental cottages. We had 10 days between discovering the issue and when the next renter was coming. Tough Guys sprang into action and completely gut renovated the entire bathroom in barely over a week, sparing us from having to cancel our guest renovations. Plus, the bathroom is beautiful! I feel so lucky we found Tough Guys!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our clients as much as possible so we can understand their ideas, style and dreams, building a connection with our costumer is very important to us because that’s what makes turning dreams into reality possible. Once you understand what’s behind the project, the dream and effort to have a new addition or a remodel then you know how to approach it. Always respecting and working inside of out costumers budget to provide the highest quality and look on everything we do.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been in the trade for the part 7 years. Since I was in college I used to work with construction over the summer and take some classes to improve my knowledge and I ended up falling in love with construction projects.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are constantly doing different projects but we have been working consistently in one house for the part year and half, a full interior and exterior remodeling as you can see in our profile pics. Owners are now adding a pool and a tennis court in the near future.
