I’m the owner and chef behind Feast & The Fable, based in Charlestown, MA.
I specialize in cooking any and all cuisines to thrown at me. From culinary school to working in restaurants, I’ve cooked every single cuisine that I can think of.
I do private chef dinners, tasting menus, backyard barbecues, office parties, clambakes, backstage, and production catering and provide a COI and workman’s comp for all corporate and wedding venues.

We had a wonderful evening with Chef Adam. We asked him to prepare a special dinner for my wife’s 50th birthday. We had our fair share of food limitations, including pescatarianism (but no shellfish), a mushroom allergy, and somewhat picky children. Adam really shined. He worked with us to come up with a menu that would work for everyone, and then he was extremely flexible with last-minute ideas and changes. He also accommodated our request to use a large number of seasonal vegetables that we had just received from our CSA. It was quite the experience to watch him prepare the food in our kitchen, and he even gave us super helpful cooking and food prep tips. I highly recommend chef Adam!

We can’t thank Adam enough for such a great experience. He was responsive and easy to work with, the menu was exciting and had something for everybody. He and Kevin were blast in the kitchen. The food was incredible, everyone was beyond full and satisfied. From apps to dessert, the table setting, service, and clean up, we couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t recommend Adam enough!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have various menus from passed apps, in home dining.
Once on site the day of the job I charge $200 labor at a minimum of 5 hours for any additional cooks with parties of 8-10 or more. Family Style gig's are slightly easier than our Prex Five one's, which require chef to have a set of hands. Those involve allot of moving parts to ensure that the night is fun, entertaining and interactive.
Servers are a flat $200 per person for the night. These consist of both current industry and industry veterans who are well groomed with perfect finesse.
All of this is negligible 100% and I want people to feel extra important.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with us connecting and speaking about your beautiful event. Several steps will be made to ensure you’re comfortable with hiring me at my rates. We usually either come to an agreement or if you need more validation, we can set up a tasting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at every chain restaurant in Massachusetts from the age of 15-21 years old when I started Newbury College. After a semester I graduated from California Culinary School in San Francisco.
