Introduction: I am a graduate of Central Mass School of Massage and Spa Therapy. I practice a variety of therapeutic massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sports massage, and myofascial release. I pride myself on educating my clients on the benefits of the different techniques that I use, while keeping them informed on how their body responds to them. I enrolled in school with an interest in the health benefits of massage therapy, but was quickly intrigued by the spa therapy program and grew a passion for all of the health benefits spa treatments have to offer. Spa therapy helps to reduce stress, detoxify the body, increase immunity, and enhance skin's beauty. Our skin is our body's largest organ. By removing toxins and bad bacteria and replacing it with nutrients, vitamins, and minerals with all-natural products, the body is left rejuvenated and balanced.
