- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are reflective of our high quality of work. We believe proper implementation of mowers and string trimmers leaves a lawn looking healthy and sharp, and doing so with no emissions and low noise, makes it worth the slight upcost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In these strange times, first meetings with a customer can either be remote, or masked and socially distanced. After that we dont need to meet, just to show up and tend the lawn.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have 12 years experience in lawn care, i made the switch to electric tools a few years ago while employed in a gas using company, and now i have stepped off on my own to run a solely electric lawn care company.
