Woke up to no heat this morning. I am new to the area and after several calls to HVAC companies, ‘next appointment’ 2 days away or not taking new customers. I called Valley Home Scvs. Great phone experience, appointment for later this afternoon. Got a text I was next and technician would be here in 43 min, within the appointment timeframe window and Scott arrived in 43 min like the text said, and solved my problem quickly. Very polite and personable young man. Next time for any plumbing/electrical or HVAC I will be calling Valley Home Scvs. Great service great pricing and a good choice.
