The Novo team were great. They came same day, identified the issue, ordered the part we needed and came back within 24hrs to install it.

He was so quick to respond and came right away to fix my dryer! With a bunch of kids in the house, not being able to do laundry is A BIG PROBLEM. He was able to fix it completely and have it running like a dream! Very kind and professional, highly recommend!

I’m so happy with the service I received! He was professional, thorough, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He explained each step as he worked and shared helpful tips so I can do a better job maintaining my washing machine each month. After seven years of family and animal use, it definitely needed the deep clean! I truly appreciated how good he was to me and would highly recommend his service.
