In the middle of a heat wave my AC unit crashed, I reached out to many vendors who all said 2 or 3 days.MDZ HVAC was responsive and sent a technician the same day. The technician was polite, professional and quite Knowledgeable. He was able to have me up and running in an hour, I highly recommend MDZ HVAC!

We are so happy with our experience with MDZ HVAC! From the start, their communication was wonderful. Almost immediately after I submitted my request on Thumbtack, I received a phone call, a text message, and communication through the app. I was incredibly impressed with how responsive they were!
He even arrived early after contacting me first to make sure that was okay, which I really appreciated. He was so kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He was able to identify and help us with the leak we were having around our furnace/HVAC system, explained everything clearly, and even made helpful recommendations regarding some electrical items we should have addressed.
He also left the area SO clean, which was greatly appreciated!
It is such a relief to find someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and genuinely kind. We had a wonderful experience and will absolutely be using MDZ HVAC again for any future HVAC needs. I would highly recommend them!

I recently hired mdz hvac for mini split tune up and deep cleaning, and I highly recommend their services. Joan was on time and super communicative. He is very thorough in his work and made sure everything is done correctly. One of my splits had a water leak from previous installation and he also fixed it for me.100% would hire again! Will be using them for any hvac services

Excellent and thorough work. Arrived exactly on time. Easy to schedule service- very flexible. Climbed into hot attic to service the overhead unit, two wall units, and reviewed the motherboard for errors. Highly recommend
