I was happy with Frank's services. He was on time and professional. He did everything I asked of him. I am very happy that my basement is clean and disinfected. It needed a good thorough cleaning! I would recommend Frank's services.

Frank cleaned my basement after a sewer pipe broke. I expected the job to take a lot longer than it did. After giving me an estimate which I considered very fair, when the job was done I found that Frank did more than I asked. I will call Frank in the future when I need any of his additional services.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to a customer would be to hire me because I am very dependable {my wife makes sure of that}, she is the "K" in K&F Maintenance. Our quotes are lower than most quotes and we get the job done in a reasonable amount of time, depending on the project.
