- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For transcription work, generally I charge $90/audio hour. Any extras are an additional $10/audio hour. Data entry I charge $15/hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductions I.e. Contacts, references, etc. Expectations of quality and timeframe on work completed. Establish service charge. Go over any other questions either party may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years experience in the field, doing actual transcriptions for a large corporation, as well as data entry for local Harley Davidson motor sales.
