Contacted me immediately by phone. Let me know he could come the next day. Gave me a window and called me during that window to let me know he was on his way. Eren spent time looking at my dishwasher and let me know I was better off getting a new one. I appreciated his honesty. He then gave me his recommendations and which ones to buy and where. I went to where he told me to go and the salesperson agreed with everything Eren told me. So thank you EB Appliance & Repair Installation. FANTASTIC top notch service. Responded to my request within five minutes. I had called two other local appliance repair specialists both told me to think about getting a new refrigerator. After coming out and analyzing the situation EB appliance ordered the needed part and two days later install it and had my fridge up and running again. Pricing was extremely reasonable service as I said was top-notch, my refrigerator is running like new again. I would not hesitate to use EB appliance again for any of my appliance issues .
