He was on time, very helpful, and returned later that day with the parts to complete the job instead of making us make a second appointment (we had originally scheduled a fridge repair but he was kind enough to help us with our dishwasher as well, even though we hadn’t told him about the dishwasher until he arrived). Very accommodating and pleasant to talk to.

I used Eren for a water filter that was stuck. Not only did he get it out but he replaced it while here and then stuck around to be sure it was working properly. He came right when he said he’d be here and was patient and helpful.

It's nice when you contact someone to resolve a home matter and they get back to you immediately, come as soon as they are able to, they dont reschedule, etc... When it comes to finding a repairmain, contractor, etc... responsiveness and clarity is valued higher than normal circumstances and they delivered!
