Needed a part replaced in our dishwasher that we could not access; he came by the next day and had it replaced and hooked back up in less than an hour. Also gave us some tips on how to access it if we need to. He's based out of the Boston area but was quicker than any local people we reached out to. Highly recommended!!

Damir was very responsive. He explained everything and was quick and thorough. He came back to correct the dishwasher reinstallation which was not done properly. Result was still not 100% correct but functional
