Jeff was my first magician. I really didn't know what to expect. He was very easy to coordinate with, showed on time and was super pleasant. His magic though... was magical. He entertained five year olds who never sit still and they loved him. The best part though, Jeff walked around the party and entertained the adults. No one could wrap their head around his tricks! He was fun and it was awesome. I'd totally recommend him.Sep 11, 2017Verified
Jeff was a very good magician - the kids and adults alike were impressed with his tricks and skills! There were 23 kids at our party, ranging in age from 3 to 9 and they were all engaged with Jeff's show from the moment it began until the end. He was funny and handled the crowd well, even the occasional child blurting out comments about what he was doing. He was professional and courteous. He stayed a little after to make balloon animals as well and that was a nice added bonus. Overall, 5 star rating and I would recommend him to anyone.Apr 7, 2016Verified
He was absolutely great! Loved his show. Not only did the children enjoyed it but the adults did as well. Very personable person. I would most definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a magician. My favorite event in my party by far.Mar 8, 2015Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Entertainers don't generally give discounts. I have set prices. I do have different prices set aside for certain events/venues. I will travel anywhere for a show. My price does go up after :45 minutes of travel. I am, however, very fair with my pricing. According to the internet, my pricing is about $50 or so under average. I could raise my prices to match the average. But I understand that people work hard for their money and bills keep coming in, so I try to be affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically, we exchange phone numbers. I find out their exact needs. I ask for a deposit. Then we go forward accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? There are many books, DVDs and downloads for magic. There are also magic shops. If there isn't a local one, you can find them online. One thing a lot of people don't realize, learning magic can be expensive. The average cost of a magic DVD is $35. Magic props cost anywhere from $5 for small items up to thousands of dollars. Typically a good prop, for what I do, costs $50 to $250. And that cost is for 2 to 6 minutes worth of entertainment each.
