SB Contractor INC did a great job on our basement renovation. The workmanship was excellent, and everything was completed professionally and on schedule. Sergio was very easy to work with, he responded very quickly and started the work within a couple days. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and cleanly removed all debris and materials. There was a misunderstanding about the scope of work (I should have paid closer attention to the contract) and he came back a separate day and updated the job for no additional cost. Overall, I am satisfied with the experience and appreciate his professionalism and friendliness.

Second job he has done for me. The first was a failing support post on a four post porch, about 20 feet tall, in the dead of winter. With the snow load that season it was going to come down and take a good part of the porch with it. He replaced it with no issues, and that is why I called him for this one.
This time it was a railing at a back entrance, after another contractor started the job, couldn't get anything anchored in the old concrete, and stepped away from it. I sent him photos of the damage before he committed and he took it on anyway. He solved it on site. His original plan was to attach one section to the house, but that would have left the rail at a slight angle, so he picked up another post and anchored it into the concrete instead. It came out clean and level.
Fair revised price once part of the scope was already done, good communication throughout, finished in a day. My tenant uses that entrance daily and said it is very sturdy and looks great. He will be my first call on the next one.

Sergio and his crew did an amazing job replacing the railings and repainting our deck, he responded quickly, came out to take measurements and we had a quote within a day. Within a week from start to finish the project was completed! Sergio meticulously replaced boards, removed and disposed of the old railings, installed new railings and sanded and painted the floor. The quality of the work is phenomenal and we couldn’t be happier! Best value and great quality work. I can’t wait to spend all summer on our deck!

I don't write a ton of reviews, but I've been looking forward to writing this one for a while. I was searching for a company to rebuild three decks and add a front porch, and after seeing the raving reviews and photos of their work, I reached out to SB Contractor.
Sergio (the owner) responded promptly and scheduled a time to come by. He spent plenty of time evaluating the current state of my decks, listening to my vision, and answering my many questions. He took measurements and pictures, assuring me the project would be no problem. He even noticed a broken set of stairs leading out of our garage and generously offered to fix them for free as part of the project! Within a few days, he provided detailed estimates with different material options and even included 3D computer-generated models of what the decks would look like.
Because of our indecisiveness, my wife and I kept changing the layout. Sergio has the patience of a saint. He never once tried to rush us into a decision; instead, he kept generating updated models and offered brilliant ideas based on his experience. We must have changed our minds at least 15 times. I apologized often, but Sergio assured me his only goal was for us to have exactly what we wanted. Once we decided on a final layout, we agreed on a price and signed the contract.
Every step of the way, Sergio’s communication was phenomenal. I never felt out of the loop. He provided constant updates on material deliveries, schedules, and daily progress. He even brought Trex samples to our house so we could pick the perfect color in person.
Sergio and his crew are incredibly efficient, hardworking, kind, and respectful. I couldn't believe how much they accomplished in a single day, especially during some intense summer heat waves. At every milestone, Sergio would update me on the next steps right up until completion.
When they finished, they cleaned up so meticulously that you would never have known they were there—not a single piece of debris was left behind. The final product is well beyond our expectations; they absolutely crushed it. We couldn't be happier that we hired SB Contractor, and we will be hiring them again every chance we get!
