- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently offering 20% off all of our services through the winter (December 15 - April 15). All of our quotes are completely itemized and we are as transparent as possible with pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The beginning of our relationship with our clients is our first phone call where we get to know you and your project. We'll schedule an on-site consultation and use that information to provide you with a quote. This is also the stage where we will discuss material options as well as finalize the project scope. Once the quote is accepted and signed, we collect a deposit and set a payment schedule. Once we are working through your job, if there are any change requests or unexpected items, we will always communicate with the client and only the client can approve change orders. Once we finish the job, we'll close out all permits and we'll stay in contact with the client for any warranty work if needed.
