Growing up in a bustling city in Massachusetts, a lot of people never had time to clean the streets, let alone their own homes. I had a passion of helping others from being raised in a big family with a strong matriarch. My passion turned into caring for the elderly and helping those in need of picking up in their homes etc. After 10 years of volunteer service, I turned my skills into a business and created Monte Mops. My drive and focus for happiness for all brings back the clean stress free home my clients desire and I hope to bring a shiny smile to new clients all over New England.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more you book the less you pay ;) All new clients get a 10% discount for your first booking :D
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the requested work, for someone new, consultation is highly recommended. Providing photos of the home and describing details makes the process ALOT easier on both ends. An in person tour before clean up is beneficial to get a precise and satisfactory job well done.
