Highly recommend Edson for any job. He is fairly priced, very responsive, reliable, and does great work. Not to mention a wonderful person. Edson renovated two full baths and did an excellent job! Would hire him again without question. Loved working with Edson!! Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Essential Home Services. We had a last minute request on a high end condo rental that needed caulking and grout work before a new tenant moved in. The turnaround was nearly impossible (1.5 days) and he made it work. He provided an on-site quote (and stuck to it) even as he proceeded to go above and beyond to attend to additional areas. His attention to detail and ability to color match the tricky custom colors needed was incredible. Plus, he was responsive and a genuinely helpful and kind person. I highly recommend.

Edson did an awesome job redoing our shower. His attention to detail was excellent, and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. He was fairly priced, trustworthy, reliable, and made sure everything was done the right way.

Beyond the quality of his work, Edson is just an all-around good guy and very easy to work with. We’re extremely happy with how the shower came out and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price. 5 stars!

Edson did work on our bathroom and executed it extremely well! He kept me filled in on the whole process all the way through and showed me updates throughout the day. I would recommend him for anyone looking to have their bathroom worked on!

Edson was awesome! Very prompt, great suggestion on main bath and repairing tile in master bath where previously there was duct tape - yes duct tape! I am beyond thrilled with results of both and will most definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you so much Edson 😁😁
