I hired Edson Santos to repair my kitchen floor where the grout was cracking and a number of tiles were loose. Edson came and gave us the estimate and the expectation of timing to complete the job. He communicated clearly and was prompt. He completed the job in one day, and the outcome was better than expected. We now have a 'tile guy' for any other projects in the future. Edson fixed lot of loose tiles in my kitchen and half bath. When there was a floor board issue which required replacement, he clearly explained the reason and been able to address root cause with nominal addtl cost. Edson did a great job restoring the grout and caulk in our shower. He was also able to repair the worn out shower door and clean up the vinyl base. We are very satisfied with the results.
