- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rates for most legal services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My customers first contact me by phone or by the internet. I then talk to them over the phone to find out what legal services the individual needs. If the customer decides to hire me, I electronically send an engagement letter and take payment by credit card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, one of the best law schools in the country. I also have a Ph.D. in Philosophy which helps me look at the big picture to help my clients.
