- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is different. Factors such as length, equipment requirements, geographic location, song requests etc. can all have an effect on pricing, so I will send you a custom quote once I get the basic info about the event you're planning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you contact me on Thumbtack, I will get back to you ASAP to answer your questions and gather some more information from you about the event. Once we've worked out the details, I will send you a booking agreement and request a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. Then we can stay in touch leading up to the date of the event about things like song request, arrival time, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up playing in a family band with my dad and older siblings. We were performing out in town for as long as I can remember. II went on to minor in music at Bates College, but most of my relevant experience has been from playing in bands and performing solo throughout my life.
