FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bark Busters is the only company to offer a life of the dog support guarantee! We charge an initial fee and then come out without additional cost when you need us; life changing events such as new baby, going back to work after COVID, etc. Peace of mind that ALL of your canine family members' issues are addressed!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Bark Busters can help anyone! We have helped the elderly and those with disabilities. We have helped clients on walkers or wheelchairs be able to walk their dogs. We have extensive training with blind and deaf dogs too!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is very important to ask what types of training methods the trainer will use. If they say "E collars" that is electric collar which is a shock collar. This is a negative and painful form of training which many countries have banned. Also, be careful with treat training. You want to be able to control your dog in real life situations and you won't always have a treat with you when you most need it!
