Introduction: Hello and Thank you for your visit. Ornatev under the craftsmanship of Joseph, is looking to establish a long term relationship with you. From small solutions to bespoke construction needs. Currently we prefrom small (handyman), large and complicated projects. A full cabinet/woodworking shop with paint booth is in my arsinal as well as the top precision tools to tackle any project and create anything from a simple door to a luxury detail unique to you. Drafting of construction plans is usual and rendering of your vision is available. It would be my privilege to offer my services to you! My jobsite are well organized and great care is put in your property. The longevity and esthetic of my work is a source of pride. Most of my clients leave their house keys with me to minimize impact of construction projects on their life- trust is paramount. You will always get quality inside and out and clear communication. Please do not hesitate to reach out and let me take out the repair and building of your home from problem to a solution. If you need an honest consultation I am available for in person or over the phone- my knowledge of materials and methods is extremely extensive, if you have sensitivity to chemical, dust, EMR or any other issues that are caused either by building materials or other contractors it will be addressed. *Quality projects and ideas take time to implement correctly, if you are in a rush and chasing the lowest price we will not be a good fit. -Rates start at $120/hour (additional personal $55-120/h/m) + 20-35% materials markup.We can import materials from any place in the world. You will only be billed for actual work- time is tracked by the minute (jobs under an hour have a $200 charge) Insurance and references provided for serious clients. *Kitchen design and remodel Clients - At Ornatev we design, build, paint and install our own cabinets as well as everything else that your kitchen will need built in house using the best materials & solutions using our own Craftsman ONLY. (please take that into consideration before requesting a consultation ) *Washroom design and remodel clients- All bathroom projects include 1/32” accurate tile layout, design and rendering, epoxy grout, high quality or luxury tile selection absolutely flat and square rooms, total waterproofing, quite vents and custom vanity crafted in house- at the minimum.

Joseph is my favorite contractor, designer and handyman, he has worked on my early 1600s home in Concord, MA for a few years and has dealt with every job in the most meticulous manner. He can solve problems from as little as restoring antique hardware to full gut and remodel of rooms most of the work is done by him and there are no shortcuts with him. Over the years, I have used many contractors and handyman, they have always taken shortcuts and their work would fail a few years later. However, I have finally found someone who will do the work properly and will spend the time doing things the right way. I can not say good enough things about Joseph and have recommended him to all of my friends. One thing to keep in mind is that this is an artist, and he will do things even if he is not paid. On the other hand, he is not cheap or fast, but well worth it. Projects completed include a total kitchen remodel custom-made in his shop. A bathroom with Venetian plaster and mosaic tile. Dozens of small repairs and restorations of various items, such as windows, doors, even a stove.

We had some carpentry work we needed to have done quickly as there we a safety issue. Ornatev responded in a very timely fashion and communicated extremely well from start to finish and was able to come out the next day and did an excellent job fixing our floor. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding! That is how I have to start this review of Ornatev. I hired Ornatev to do 2 jobs in my house and it quickly expanded into multiple projects based on his abilities and attention to detail. Ornatev originally helped me by installing a self-venting hood range over my stove and installing an under the counter microwave. With both jobs, he went above and beyond just the installation but also built necessary components, levelled my cabinets, and checked in with me about other areas that needed attention and then addressed them. He is multi-talented and able to handle everything from building and installation to electric work. He is has done both small jobs (installing new weather stripping on my front door) and larger jobs like the range hood installation and his attention to detail is like nothing I have ever seen. He is a perfectionist when it comes to the quality of work and takes great pride in what he does. I would absolutely recommend Ornatev for any project needed. He is outstanding.
