I offer nutrition and health & wellness coaching by assessing the whole person. This is also known today as “lifestyle medicine,” Whereby topics such as stress management, diet, and fitness regime’s are assessed and tailored based on the individuals needs. Individualizing these therapies is a method of traditional healing modalities, which I utilize.
