Lauren was a Godsend for me. I was packing for an out of state move and was at the end of my rope. Lauren arrived with a smile and such a positive attitude that my stress level decreased immediately. Lauren is a hard worker and spent 7 hours organizing and packing until the job was done. She is efficient, friendly, and professional. In addition to helping me physically with organizing and packing, Lauren's understanding and words of encouragement provided me with the emotional support I needed. Incredible!! I was so embarrassed to even show Lauren the state of the closets in my house (ancient clothes, old sheets, forgotten papers, etc.) but she had such grace and humor. Lauren did an amazing job organizing my studio and was an absolute joy to work with! She was super responsive and detail-orientated and made the whole process a breeze! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to sit down with people and go over the project (free of charge)-talk about what we want to accomplish. Then we create a time frame for the project and begin! Super easy and the end result makes everyone so happy (and peaceful).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an NYU graduate and have spent years helping people create a decluttered, peaceful space they can be creative in & happy in!
