What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer many different pricing options, depending on the type of work. Monthly retainers for ongoing business bookkeeping/accounting, flat-fee project work for one-time or larger projects, and hourly for smaller projects or consultations/tax work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an onboarding process so I become very familiar with the client, and their goal. This also gives them an opportunity to learn about my experience and my background. I am always willing to sign NDA, complete background checks as needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in Accounting QuickBooks ProAdvisor PTIN Certified American Institute for Professional Bookkeepers Member Women's Business League Chapter Member International Women's Business Network
