What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer many different pricing options, depending on the type of work. Monthly retainers for ongoing business bookkeeping/accounting, flat-fee project work for one-time or larger projects, and hourly for smaller projects or consultations/tax work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an onboarding process so I become very familiar with the client, and their goal. This also gives them an opportunity to learn about my experience and my background. I am always willing to sign NDA, complete background checks as needed.
