Our project manager Hunter made the difference. He was on site before the crew and made sure all the details were taken care of. It was a complex job and long overdue. I am glad we had him. They used only the best materials and the new roof looks great!

Lee Magowan and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof. Communication and customer service were exceptional! Our roof created several difficulties including a narrow street, steep pitch, old chimney, and several telephone and cable wires which they managed skillfully. The crew was respectful and hard working. The entire roof and cleanup was completed in a day. They left the area meticulously clean. They delivered the product and service that they proposed. We highly recommend JP Carroll Roofing!

Very good experience overall.I had JP Carroll install my rubber roof. Wallace and his crew came out and finished the job in one day. Wallace even flew a drone to show me the new roof from above. I still went up to the roof to check the details myself and noticed a few issues, but Wallace was very responsive and redid the chimney area right away.The job was completed last week, so well see how it holds up.
