MooreITHelp provided a thorough evaluation and removal of several malware items that prevented the operation of my PC. He accessed my unit remotely, diagnosed the problems and ran several programs that gradually purged the viruses and malware and restored the PC to function. In addition a restructuring of the hard drive yielded improved performance. I found the fee to be very reasonable for the time involved.
