Introduction: Most of my work is done remotely - meaning you don't have to bring your computer anywhere or set up any onsite appointments. I have heard from many clients that I "go the extra mile". By that they usually mean that I take the time to explore other options that previous technicians did not, often resulting in the resurrection of a damaged computer or the recovery of "unrecoverable" data. There's also the quality of work and parts. When I build a computer or replace parts, I always make sure to keep abreast of the latest in tech - ensuring that the client's computer has the most cost effective and reliable parts. There's nothing more gratifying than hearing someone so excited and pleased that their computer has been repaired or their data has been recovered. I've had one client from Australia make me a gift basket of Australian treats, another crying mother who almost lost ALL of her baby pictures make me a chocolate pie, and countless thank you letters. It really feels great that I was able to do something that someone else said couldn't be done.

I called Chris after I had been told by 2 other technicians that there was no hope for my seemingly dead and encrypted hard drive and the thousands of photos I had stored on it. His reviews were great and I figured I had nothing to lose. He sounded very nice on the phone so I brought my laptop to his office. He said it could take a long time to recover the data so I didn't think I'd hear from him for several days. 10 MINUTES later--no exaggeration--he called me. I thought he was calling to tell me it was dead or to ask for a password, but he was calling to tell me he got into my hard drive and was looking at my files! 10 minutes! An hour or so after that all my photos had been unencrypted and copied to an external drive. I am eternally grateful to Chris for working his magic on my computer. So thankful I found him. I'd give 50 stars if I could. I highly recommend Chris for any of your IT needs. He's amazing. He has since disinfected and fixed my kids' computer and is helping me set up a back up system that ensures I'm covered moving forward. Call him!

    Pricing is highly dependent on the circumstance of the job. Further, one of the luxuries of not only running your own business, but remaining small is that I can change my pricing accordingly. By that I mean that I try to remain both fair and competitive in my pricing. When you contact us, you will be provided with a detailed pricing sheet that should explain everything and give you an idea of what repairs may cost. Regardless, the technician will keep you posted throughout the entire process, and will be sure to make you aware of the most cost effective solution.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I've been pulling apart systems since I was a child! Eventually, some people started paying me in exchange for my services and I quickly learned the value of a dollar and a job well done.
