- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, there are a few important things to know: 1. Pricing includes a full, thorough cleaning of all gutters before any work is done—so everything starts clean and flowing properly. 2. There is zero money down, and you don’t pay until installation is completed. 3. We install LeafFilter throughout all existing gutters, making your system fully maintenance-free moving forward. 4. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is straightforward. When a customer reaches out, I schedule a time to personally come to the home and provide a free estimate. I inspect the gutter system, identify problem areas, explain what’s causing them, and walk through the best solution. I make sure the customer understands everything upfront—pricing, installation plan, and warranty—so they can make a confident, informed decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a strong customer service and home-improvement background, and I’ve completed hands-on product training specific to gutter systems and installation standards. I stay current on industry best practices, product advancements, and customer care training so I can provide accurate information and guide homeowners toward the best long-term solution.
