- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always provide my clients with their final bottom line figure. A detailed invoice will follow, but my estimates generally always include lash applications and all applicable taxes and fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we nail down the dates and day-of time table. Then we dig in to what the client is looking for as far as a final look. I love asking client’s want they don’t want to see (no bold lips, no smokey eye, no bottom lid liner, etc.) so that I know what kind of boundaries I’m working within.
