- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we charge by the work is going to be done to the item, we consider our prices are average, but if the item have linen o custom stones or fabric the difficult of the job is going a bit up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we ask our new customers to come to the shop for a free fitting, we hand them they measures in a hard card, then weith the measure and the dress or item we do what the customer needs, a hem, take in the sides, whatever the customer need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have more than 40 years of experience working with alterations and custom dresses. my speciality is wedding dresses.
