FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly rate but can also give a set price assuring you that time management is very important some customers like a set price and I would be happy to supply them upon seeing the project in person a lot of contractors will give you one price as a quote and then raise it later i can assure you that that is not part of my business practice.. being a registered licensed company has overhead beware of low pricing some people will give you a low price just to get the call and then when they get their change it if it's too good to be true it probably is or they may show up and appear completely non-professional and not have the right equipment we have two vehicles any equipment for every project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see the project before giving set prices many people will bait-and-switch customers just to get to them first that is not how I operate a true professional would never give a price for those seeing the job so be aware of that a small business run probably is not cheap to operate so be aware of people that throw low prices out there if it's too good to be true it probably is
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was superintendent of construction for Mass Building and Remodeling in Boston and Blaze Realty in Middleboro I then decided to go on my own where I could control my own schedule. I can also provide custom drawings for any ideas you may have for any size project including Renovations or new construction
