We are heavily invested with the best equipment available to the industry. Utilizing top of-the-line technology and machinery, we will do your job as quickly, efficiently and SAFELY as possible! We will also trim trees, mow brush and grind stumps but, usually in conjunction with a Tree Removal Job. The owner called me shortly after i submitted project to arrange an appointment to review what we wanted cut. When he arrived for the appointment he estimated the time to complete the work and provided his price on the spot. I would definitely call them again.

I don’t usually spend a lot of time writing reviews but Geoff and his crew were truly amazing to work with. We hired them to remove 5 trees and trim others. Communication was excellent; they called when they had a cancellation to offer us the open time slot. And throughout the process, Geoff let us know which branches he was cutting, which ones he was leaving, and why. He clearly knew what he was doing in terms of protecting the lasting health of the trees. The price that they quoted was very fair given that I also had 2 special requests: I had an owl box & a bat house that I needed mounted high on other trees. Not only did Geoff agree to do this extra project, he shared my enthusiasm for it. You rarely get that kind of collaboration with companies. In short, I can’t say enough about this company! I will be passing their name along to anyone who needs this type of service!

We ended up not moving forward with Mackenzie but I had a very positive experience working with Geoff. He was quick to respond, friendly, professional and prompt to give us an estimate and the estimate was very fair. I would not hesitate to reach out if we need any tree service done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair market pricing for tree trimming and removal based on multiple factors. Each job is unique and price is based on difficulty, volume of debris to be removed and time it will take to safely complete the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we hear from a customer, we try to respond within 24 hours. Usually much faster! Then we set up a time to have a look at the job in person and give an estimate. We do our best to accommodate our customer's schedules. Once we agree to a price and scope of work, we will book the job for a time convenient to both parties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Tree Care Professional since 1991. Learned the ropes as a ground man for a couple of years before starting my career as a Climber. I am a current member of the International Society of Arboriculture and am studying for their Certified Arborist test.
