Mena was fantastic. We hired him for a grout issue - ours was crumbling less than six months after having been originally installed. Mena was immediately responsive, communicative about prep, cost and timing, and explained the issue to us so we were more informed about the fix. Would absolutely hire him again for our home repair and renovation needs.

Had a great experience with Phoenix in fixing a leak in the bathroom due to issues with grout and caulking.
