Couldn’t be happier with how my pooltable came out!
Arthur did an awesome job reassembling, leveling, and completely refelting our pooltable in black. He took his time throughout the entire process, making sure everything was lined up, level, and done correctly. His attention to detail really showed, and the finished table looks amazing and plays great.
Arthur was also extremely dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us! Our dog wanted to supervise and be involved in the whole process, and Arthur was great with her and didn’t mind having a four-legged helper hanging around. 🐶🎱
You can tell Arthur takes pride in his work and knows exactly what he’s doing. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and meticulous from start to finish.
I would absolutely recommend Arthur to anyone needing a pooltable assembled, reassembled, leveled, repaired, or refelted. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Fantastic work and a great experience all around — 5 stars!

Arthur and his apprentice/assistant were “Johnny on the Spot” from start to finish. They were running a little late-holiday traffic-they communicated promptly and kept me posted. They got the disassembly done in under an hour! I was super impressed watching the process. When they got to my house, they chose the best route into the area of operation and got right down to it. I was happy to buy them lunch; and again, I was super impressed with the professional process of putting a good pooltable back together! I hope I’ll never have to engage the again; but I would Full-Throatedly recommend Art’s Crafts, LLC for ANY PROJECT THEY SAY THEY CAN HANDLE!

Arthur did an excellent job on my pooltable. The felt came out clean, tight, and professionally done. You can tell he has real experience and takes pride in his work.
The table plays great now—balls roll straight and the rails feel solid. He was on time, respectful, and explained everything clearly without rushing.
We originally scheduled for December 29, but because of a mistake on my end, the rails weren’t ready that day. Arthur took them with him, fixed the issue, and came back on December 31 (New Year’s Eve) to finish the job. He kept his word, didn’t overcharge me, and even charged less than the going rate.
If you want your pooltable done right, Arthur is the guy. Highly recommended.

Art was absolutely phenomenal in helping me move a puchased pooltable into a new home. He then re-felted the table, fixed a bunch of issues with it, and had a bunch of extras for me. It was a job that needed scheduling & travel coordination, and he took it all in stride. I will definitely use his services again.
